WORLD RADIO ARA

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

World Radio ARA does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal data. Favorites, listening history, and settings are stored only on your device (localStorage) and are never uploaded anywhere. There is no account system and no analytics or tracking SDK in this app.

Streams

Station streams are supplied by third-party broadcasters via the open Radio Browser directory. Playing a station connects directly to that broadcaster's own server, which — like any streaming or web request — can see your device's IP address. World Radio ARA itself never sees or stores this; it happens only because playback is direct, not routed through us. For KBS, MBC and SBS channels the app first asks that broadcaster's official server for a current stream address; this request contains no personal data and is likewise not routed through us.

Content

Stations are listed as published by their broadcasters and are not reviewed, curated, or endorsed by World Radio ARA. Content varies by station and country and may not be suitable for all listeners, including children.

Children's privacy

World Radio ARA does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect personal data from any user.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this same address with a new "last updated" date.
